Your role as New Homes Sales Negotiator is essential within the Land and New Homes Division. You will be the 'face' of Land and New Homes within the Felicity J Lord Division's development sites.   On a daily basis, you will register new applicants, book and conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between applicants. Your role is vital to the business, aiding the growth of your area through canvassing, prospecting and obtaining referrals. Much of this role will involve recommending our array of services and ensuring that our customers are kept as part of the "Spicerhaart family", too.     What you'll be doing as a New Homes Sales Negotiator for Felicity J.
