- Original copies of documentation to prove your right to work in the UK. This is normally a passport or a full birth certificate ('short' birth certificates are not acceptable).
- Proof of your National Insurance number (an original payslip, p45, p60 or NI numbercard)
- Proof of your current address (a Utility Bill or Bank Statement - dated within the last 3 months)
- Your driving licence (along with a DVLA check code available here)
