    Spicerhaart Corporate Sales is part of the wider Spicerhaart Group, founded in 1989 and is now the UK’s largest independent property group having a growing network of over 200 branches across the UK, each committed to providing the very highest level of expertise within the field. 

    Spicerhaart Corporate Sales provides an end to end Property Management Service for both residential & commercial properties nationwide. We offer our services to banks, building societies, housing associations, property developers and other organisations offering bespoke property solutions for their assets. You will work as part of a team within a fast paced office environment where you will be expected to deliver outstanding service to our clients; working to service level agreements and a variety of policies requiring attention to detail to ensure our clients’ needs are exceeded.



    This role is ideal if you have already gained experience within the property sector, although full training will be provided. You will also be both results orientated and be able to embrace accountability and responsibility. Each member of the Spicerhaart team acts with a spirit of professionalism, humility and integrity towards each other and towards our clients.

    Skills you will need

    • Experience within the Property sector would be ideal, but not essential
    • Customer focussed
    • You have gained the ability to prioritise and work towards targets and goals
    • Great verbal & written communicator
    • Self-confident, positive attitude, enjoy challenges
    • Able to demonstrate time-management skills within a professional capacity
    • GCSEs grade C and above in Maths & English
    • Computer literate – use of Microsoft packages

    Salary & Benefits


    • Salary up to £15,000 
    • Office hours – Monday to Friday – 9am – 5.30pm
