  • Overview

    We’re looking for Lettings Negotiators to support our clients and colleagues based at our Head Office in Colchester. These opportunities are working on a full time basis, including Saturday's. The working hours are:


    Shift 1: 9am-6pm Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri & Fixed Saturday 

    Shift 2: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri 1 in 3 Saturday's

    Shift 3: 10am-7pm Mon-Fri 1 in 3 Saturday's


    What you will be responsible for

    The purpose of these roles is to support our branch network by handling inbound enquiries from new and existing customers. This role includes discussing the features and benefits of our products and services, arranging viewings, data entry on a variety of systems and assisting with questions. You will also be required to:

    • Support colleagues in the office
    • Respresent our brands with professionalism
    • Uphold our values and customer promises
    • Forge professional relationships with all stakeholders and branches
    • Maintain our databases accurately and in line with Data Protection
    • Proactive in identifying issues and escalating through the correct channels


    Nexus is our strategic centre of excellence connecting our clients with our branches. Our colleagues working here ensure that no contact goes unanswered; they are there for our clients when they need us and seamlessly integrate their knowledge and service expertise with that of our high street branches.



    What you need

    As a Lettings Negotiator you will need to be self-motivated and able to craft strong relationships with others, despite distance. You will be relied upon to be the voice of our company and deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations and be knowledgeable in our range of products and services.
