    An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Land and New Homes Team in the Fenstanton area for a newly acquired New Build Site.

    We are looking for the right candidate who must have experience working in the new homes sales environment. We are looking for someone to join our team who is a strong and confident sales person with excellent customer service and people skills, who has passion and drive.

    Your Package:

    You will receive a benefits package where your basic salary will range between £25,000-£30,000 and you can anticipate an OTE of £45,000. You have access to an uncapped commission structure, which means your earning potential is truly limitless!

    Your skills and experience:


     

    We expect the ideal candidate to have the following skills and experience:

    • A minimum of 12 months experience working on a New Homes development as a Sales Advisor
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Smart and presentable appearance
    • A tenacious and disciplined attitude whilst understanding the new homes market
    • Confidence to work on your own but also enjoy working within a team environment to achieve all targets
    • An engaging personality
    • Passionate and target driven

    Estate Agent


    You will be responsible for:


     

    This role will involve, but is not limited to the following responsibilities: 

    • Meeting & greeting potential clients
    • Understand off plan selling
    • Presenting the homes and successfully negotiating/tracking sales
    • Providing an excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations
    • Maintain weekly contact with existing customers on all aspects of the process
    • Manage complaints/issues/concerns from customers and ensure that appropriate action is taken to address them.
    • Experience with closing sales by completing reservations
    • Carry out market research for local competition
    • Proactively search for target customers and create appointments
    • Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met to specific deadlines
