    What you will be responsible for

    Each member of the Part Exchange and Assisted Move team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at each possible opportunity. On a daily basis, you will be offering a service to UK house builders, whilst co-ordinating a specific role within the New Build sector. Your role is vital to the business, aiding the growth of this comprehensive service, through; liaising with the house-builder, arranging valuation and assisting legal completion. Much of this role will involve recommending our array of services and ensuring that our customers are kept as part of the "Spicerhaart family", too.

     

    In addition, your passion for this industry will be evident in your commercial awareness, where you will be seen as the ‘hub of knowledge’ – an expert in your vendors' and buyers' needs. We are, after all, in the business of property sales and investments and ultimately, in helping our customers achieve their property goals.

    What you need

    This role is ideal if you have a background in sales or customer service. You will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with your clients. Your passion and experience will be from within a service background, and you will know what it takes to adhere to the needs of housebuilders. You will be the ideal candidate if you will have a real passion for your work, your team and your branch; you will also be both results-orientated and be able to embrace accountability and responsibility. You will have a natural ability to recognise the importance of communicating effectively with different stakeholders will be paramount. Each member of the team acts with a spirit of professionalism, honesty and integrity towards each other, towards our customers. Community spirit is also high on the agenda – we are, after all, in this together.
