    We have a unique opportunity for a Business Development Manager to work on a part time basis, managing a team over our busy weekend period. The working hours for this role are:

    • Friday 16.00-20.00   
    • Saturday 08.30-18.00    
    • Sunday 08.30-18.00    
    • Monday 09.00-13.00

    What you will be responsible for


    The Business Development Manager holds overall responsibility for delivering KPI targets and branch administration, through the performance management and support of all sales and administration related activities within the business including;

    • Driving contact performance
    • Valuation targets, creating quality listing opportunities 
    • Capturing cross selling opportunities whenever possible
    • Delivery of a 5 star service to enhance client satisfaction
    • Follow operating policies, processes and systems in line with our monitoring standards
    • Complete performance reviews, 1-2-1’s and any other formal meetings required
    • Maintain and enhance the working relationship between our branch network and our focal point for client contact, Nexus.


    Nexus is our strategic centre of excellence connecting our clients with our branches. Our colleagues working here ensure that no contact goes unanswered; they are there for our clients when they need us and seamlessly integrate their knowledge and service expertise with that of our high street branches.


    What you need


    Our Business Development Manager will be able to deliver both operational and managerial commitments and responsibilities seamlessly. Ideally you will have substantial experience of estate agency or successfully operating in a target driven sales environment with a challenging workload.     The Programme

    The Assistant Business Development Manager is responsible for assisting the delivery of team KPI targets, by securing new listing opportunities through proactive customer contact and supporting the manager in their absence with sales related activities within the team including;


    Driving the sales process; attracting, winning and retaining business whilst representing and promoting the company’s brand values and core beliefs as well as demonstrating our core competencies and behaviours.


    Operating policies, processes and systems in line with company standards


    Engaging and building relationships with branch managers across all divisions.


    • Considerable knowledge and experience in estate agency/lettings however full training & development will be provided
    • Previous experience of a high volume sales environment
    • Previous assistant team management experience preferable
    • GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
