    What you'll be responsible for

     

    This role be to take overall responsibility for our Property Management offering for our Lettings North Division. This will cover a broad area and the successful candidate will need to be committed and able to travelling frequently.

     

    Each member of the haart team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at each possible opportunity. On a daily basis, you will organise and manage your team and workloads by overseeing all aspects of the property management process. This will include the overview of your teams efforts including client liaising, organising inventories/check-ins with haart's industry leading technologies, deposits resolution, property visits, repairs, ensuring statute obligations are met, collection of rent, administration of new tenanciesas well as tenancy extensions. Your role is vital to the business, aiding the growth of your team to ensure properties are managed correctly and are in line with our company objectives. Much of this role will involve driving performance, reporting on KPIs and Budget Performance whilst working alongside branches. You will play a key role in maximising your divisions book value and building, managing and leading a winning team.

    What you'll need

     

    This role is ideal if you have a successful track record in Property Management at Area Manager level and are looking to take the next step. As the Divisional Property Manager, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing your team. You will be the ideal candidate if you will have a real passion for your work and you are happy to tell us at your interview how you would deliver this passion to your team; you will also be conscientioushard-workingdriven and results orientated and are able to embrace accountability and responsibility. Each member of the haart team acts with a spirit of professionalism, honesty and integrity towards each other, and towards our clients.

    • Consistent track record within Property Management.
    • Proven experience within people management
    • Demonstrate that you are up to speed with current legislation
    • Hold a full and valid UK drivers licence.
    • Willingness to learn and develop your management skills
    • You are a ‘get things done’ kind of person.
    • Lead by example to enthuse your team is also imperative.
    • You are legally entitled to live and work in the UK in accordance to the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. (Please Note: you will need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK via proof of address, identity and NI prior to a formal offer of employment).
