Spicerhaart Corporate Sales provides an end to end Property Management Service for both residential & commercial properties nationwide. We offer our services to banks, building societies, housing associations, property developers and other organisations offering bespoke property solutions for their assets. You will work as part of a team within a fast paced office environment where you will be expected to deliver outstanding service to our clients; working to service level agreements and a variety of policies requiring attention to detail to ensure our clients’ needs are exceeded.

What you will be responsible for
Within this role, you will be working to establish and maintain excellent clients relations and outcomes, via telephone communications where possible. We will ask you to provide regular feedback to your Team Leader in relation to your targets, work in progress, issues and any delays.
We will ask you to be proactive with compliing reports, ensuring they are accurate which will assist with your preparation of files for client audits. With these reports, it will also be imperative to strengthening your recommendations to clients with supportive evidence.
Each member of the team will be responsible for ensuring that their own workload is organised to achieve company standards and daily tasks actioned effectively. You will be working with our SAMS system, ensuring that it is maintained with accurate, detailed information alongside recording all communication.
Your Team Leader will distribute work throughout the team which will need to be kept organised and efficiently processed to our Company Standards whilst also asking you to participate in ad hoc projects. Alongside this you will play a role in updating and maintain mandates including disregarding out of date requirements.

This is an opportunity for a career in the prosperous property sector that will give you an immense degree of satisfaction, recognition and reward. The salary is up to £17,000, dependent on your Knowledge & Experience within the property industry with yearly profit related bonus.
You will be working a standard working week which will be set hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
