What you'll be responsible for
Analysing and solving issues, whilst providing exquisite customer service and attaining your business goals. You will also work on delivering high-standards through effective time management, action planning and delivery of strategy.
Each member of the haart team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at each possible opportunity. On a daily basis, you will organise and manage your time and workload. This will include client liaising, organising inventories/check-ins with haart's industry leading technologies, property visits, repairs, ensuring statute obligations are met, administration of new tenancies, as well as tenancy extensions. Your role is vital to the business, aiding growth to ensure properties are managed correctly and are in line with our company objectives.

What you'll need
This role is ideal if you have a successful track record in Property Inspection, Administration or Lettings. You will be the ideal candidate if you will have a real passion for your work and you are happy to tell us at your interview how you would deliver this passion to your team; you will also be conscientious, hard-working, drivenand results orientated and are able to embrace accountability and responsibility.
