In this hands-on role, you will also build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and branch managers, working closely to create high-performing teams across the UK. From first contact to onboarding, you will manage the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring every candidate and colleague experiences excellence.

  Your responsibilites as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Cardiff:

• Screening CVs
• Conducting initial screening calls and telephone interviews
• Headhunting and sourcing talent 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, branch managers, and all other colleagues within Spicerhaart
• Responding to all candidates, and giving them the best recruitment experience possible
• Arranging and scheduling both face to face, and virtual interviews
• Advertising all vacancies using the relevant job boards
• Arranging and participating in UK wide recruitment events, assessment days, and job fairs
• Build relationships with external agencies to work together on those hard-to-fill roles

Essential skills of a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Strong customer service skills are essential
• A team player, with experience in creating and maintaining relationships with your colleagues
• Experience of managing your own workload
• Diary management
• Recruitment experience, or experience within the property industry is desirable but not essential
• The ability to make others feel comfortable, confident, and instil a sense of “trustworthiness” at all levels of the business
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong administrative skills
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal KPI’s
• Willingness to learn and be involved in team projects
